What is OrderSavant?

OrderSavant is a powerful and integrated business system that includes quoting, ordering, request for quotes, purchase orders, receiving, shipping, purchasing, and many other modules. Ideal for every facet of your business, OrderSavant has been optimized to improve efficiency, increase margins, and boost sales. We designed the product around the quoting and ordering process rather than adapting the process to the solution.

 
What does OrderSavant give me that I can't do right now?

The list is long, but there are a few major features that stand out above the others. First, OrderSavant gives you a common system accessible by everyone; allowing staff to provide a consistent, professional document that may be e-mailed, faxed, printed, or viewed on your web storefront (requires OrderSavant Web). OrderSavant also provides the ability to save contact information and select that contact information when entering a quote/order or RFQ/PO. You no longer have to ask your customer for their phone, fax, or e-mail every time they call – plus you can leverage this list for promotions or seminars. Pricing has always been a pain; OrderSavant eases the pain by providing Excel and Text import wizards for pricing and contracts. One of the most revered features is the ability to copy and paste entire spreadsheets. This allows a large quote or order to be completed in a matter of minutes, instead of hours, or even days.

Flexible Interface Enter information in any order you want. Non-stocks do not have to be built until ordered. Do not need mfg. prefix or CAPS lock. Select vendors and warehouses by name instead of code.
Fax, E-mail, Print, and Export Send a quote/order or RFQ/PO via fax, e-mail, directly to the printer, or export it to various formats such as Excel or HTML.
Margin Manager Adjust margin or multipliers by line #, line range, manufacturer, or any combination.
Pricing History Automatically display pricing history for both quotes AND orders for that item and account.
Reminders and Send To Send Quotes/Orders and RFQ/POs to co-workers or set a reminder for yourself to improve follow up.
