Madison Electric launches their new storefront offering customers advanced features such as the ability to search by their part numbers, navigate menus, view spec sheets, look up orders and invoices, and approve orders. Madison replaced Array's Customer Service Center hoping to offer their customers a more user-friendly approach and encourage more usage. Within the first few weeks of launching the site, they had more new signups and more usage than they've ever had in the past. They've already had numerous customers praise them for the enhanced functionality of their new site.
