Service Electric commits to OrderSavant App and Web. Eric and Ken led the efforts to ensure their company maintains the competitive edge that has led to their success. "Savance has given a whole new life to the Array system." says Eric Braidwood of Service. Ken O'Dell explains why OrderSavant made since for their organization, "We were looking for a quoting system that would allow everyone in the company to find anyone else's quotes. We were using a mix of Excel, Word, and SAW, a lighting program saved on network shares but it was failing miserably. Savance's system was the only system that tied into our existing system saving us from having to duplicate our work and enabling us to put together a quote or order in a fraction of the time. Savance's web product was an easy choice since several of our customers are now requiring a web storefront just be on their vendor list."
