Visteon/ACH chose Savance to implement a data collection system to capture production data to a central database. Most importantly, this data is used to produce a label at the end of the process with all of the crucial parameters and a large failure label in the case of a part that tested out of specification. Darwish Alami from ACH states, "This system should reduce the number of bad parts that we ship to our customers and allow us to review production data to recognize trends or to review warranty claims."
