Service Electric requested Savance to offer IT services since Savance engineers were so versed in the Windows and Networking environment. Service was using another local company to manage their network of 30 or so users. When Service started to implement OrderSavant, Savance was able to address a number of IT concerns and requests that had been long outstanding with their current IT provider. Savance drafted a technology plan for Service that included server upgrades, wireless infrastructure, remote access via VPN, remote access to e-mail, and a better backup strategy and in turn, Service switched IT providers to Savance.
