Leslie Electric based out of Pontiac, MI agrees to try OrderSavant and convert existing data from an outdated terminal-based system called FACTS. The distributor also commits to an IT contract to bring in more PCs, implement a file and e-mail server using Small Business Server 2003, and train their users on the newer technology. President Steve Asbury says, "I knew we needed to do it and I always wanted to handle things myself, but Savance convinced me that my time was valuable and I realized that it probably would never get done right unless I paid a company like Savance to do it for me."
