Position Overview:

The Customer Success Representative (CSR) will be responsible for a wide array of tasks to serve the ultimate goal of creating successful and happy customers. The CSR will manage and nurture several accounts for our Savance Enterprise ERP product, working to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with our product offering. The CSR will work to build strong rapport with key customer stakeholders and work with those stakeholders to help them utilize the software to its fullest extent in an effort to maximize the customer’s return on investment. The CSR will be an integral part of the business operations and customer service team and will be the primary point of contact for their assigned accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Become a subject matter expert on our ERP product Savance Enterprise (SE) in order to best serve assigned accounts
  • Become well versed in common use cases of the ERP in wholesale distribution in order to properly guide customers into leveraging our recommended best practices
  • Hold monthly meetings with each assigned account to gather information on pain points, success stories and other subjects in an effort to help inform your decisions on what intervention(s) may or may not be needed for a given customer
  • Help assigned accounts derive maximum value and ROI from their purchase of Savance Enterprise
  • Uncover customer goals as they relate to SE and create plans to reach those goals all while driving customer accountability
  • Hold weekly meetings with the SE technical support manager to discuss tickets that require prompt resolution/escalation
  • Plan and attend site visits for key customers on an as needed basis
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and work with support, engineering and sales team to remediate any problems
  • Perform on-site consulting on an as needed basis
  • Plan yearly user group conference
  • Monitor the user group forum and provide answers to questions
  • Uncover and execute on opportunities to render billable consulting hours
  • Work with sales manager to negotiate contract renewals
  • Create documentation for customer specific business processes
  • Manage the dissemination of software release notes
  • Monitor accounts receivable

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • 1+ years of full time work experience
  • 1+ years of account management or customer service experience (Preferred)
  • Strong writing skills
  • Desire for constant learning and challenges - This job will require it
