Position Overview:

Savance Enterprise ERP Software is looking for a creative self-starter with client relationship skills to join our Account Manager team. In this role, you will help us grow our ERP software business through strategic lead generation, research, and cold outreach via phone calls and emails. You will also use your experience in sales to work with management to refine our sales strategy, messaging, and sales process. You will be focused on account management, proposals, project meetings with clients, issues resolution between client and tech resources, etc.

The ERP Software Sales Executive (Enterprise) will be held accountable for prospecting, lead generation, lead qualification, and wholesale distributor sales of Savance Enterprise ERP Software. The Enterprise Sales Executive is expected to be self-motivated, self-directed, and always interested in learning about the product and the wholesale distribution industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Within the first week, generate a 30/60/90 day sales strategy plan
  • Responsible for the development of account plans for target accounts
  • Responsible for building and maintaining sales pipeline in CRM and submitting required sales forecasts
  • Log sales activity in HubSpot CRM
  • Cold call prospective customers
  • Mentor, coach, train, and work directly with SDR(s)
  • Generate drip campaigns for groups of customers through HubSpot CRM
  • Aid in marketing collateral content development
  • Attend industry events for the purposes of lead generation, B2B Relationship Building, and increasing industry visibility
  • Generate lists of customers for pre-show calling campaigns
  • Generate your own trade show target lists and book meetings
  • Set appointments with new and existing leads throughout the sales process and close deals
  • Prospecting new industries and industry affiliations
  • Manage your Sales Pipeline by organizing webinars, conducting demos, preparing proposals, traveling to prospective clients, preparing contracts, and closing deals
  • Attend weekly sales meetings
  • Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years selling ERP software
  • Experience working with a CRM (Hubspot would be preferred)
  • Experience working with Microsoft Word/Excel and Google docs
  • Past experience working/attending trade shows
  • A proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • High level of energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment; including the ability to work in a high pressure, fast-moving environment
  • Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills, and pursue high-performance achievement

  • Technical knowledge and ability to demo software

Compensation:

  • Base salary starting at $80,000 with an On Target Earnings (OTE) potential between $130k-$150k
  • Bonuses based on performance
  • 2 weeks PTO
