Position Overview:

The Sales Team Administrator will help keep the sales team organized and keep the department running smoothly. This involves all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, business development, opportunity management, and order processing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist and organize the sales team ensuring follow-through
    • Research companies, look for key selling points, and generate interest
    • Help create proposals
    • Keep CRM organized, in-conformance, and up-to-date
    • Manage and audit recordings
    • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on sales team’s appointments
    • Help prepare sales reports
    • Prepare for and participate in weekly sales meeting
    • Follow up with existing leads and opportunities
  • Post-sales
    • Prepare and send renewal invoices
    • Create invoices, record payments, and process orders
    • Set up new customers and assist with onboarding
    • Manage inventory and track shipments/returns
    • Contact existing customers to keep them up-to-date, uncover expansion opportunities, and solicit feedback, surveys, references, testimonials, and case studies
  • Assist in marketing efforts
    • Help organize lead generation methods
    • Help coordinate conferences and events with sales and marketing teams
  • Help build a strong partner/reseller network

Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university or 2-4 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $40k-60k salary
